Heard the submissions of learned counsel for the respective Order No.
parties.

Looking to the nature of proposed amendment, it appears, the proposed amendment has resemblance with the lease deed as relied on. This Court finds, there is no difficulty in allowing such amendment, thereby requiring no interference in such order. 3.
