Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Confining the prayer in the writ petition to the notice at Annexure-5 and objection at Annexure-6, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners requested this Court for directing the competent Authority to dispose of the proceeding involving the notice vide Annexure-5 taking into account the objection of the petitioner and also giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. 3.

Considering the above limited request, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the Authorized Officer, Bhubaneswar Development Authority-Opposite Party No.5 to decide the issue involved in the notice dated 11.03.2022 at Annexure-5 keeping in view the objection of the Petitioners at Annexure-6 so also order vide Annexure-3.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners. 5.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
