Mr. S. Rout, learned counsel for the petitioner files the Orissa High Court Advocate's Welfare Fund Fee of Rs.50/- in Court today along with a memo. The same be tagged to the case records.

Heard Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

According to Mr. Rout, the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-disposal of Criminal Misc. Case No.339 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (Rural), Rourkela which arose from an application filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence, Act, 2005. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to the learned J.M.F.C. (Rural), Rourkela to conclude the above noted proceeding within a stipulated time period.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C. (Rural), Rourkela to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted case i.e. Criminal Misc. Case No.339 of 2019 in

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
