This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Telkoi P.S. Case No.26 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 369 of 2021 for alleged commission of offence under section379/34 of the IPC, pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar, have filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for their grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed and other surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners, however it is observed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned Court in seisin of the case and move for their

// 2 // release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective and disposed of early in accordance with law.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Interim order passed on 25.03.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
