This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Bail application filed by the Petitioners has become infructuous as against Petitioner Nos.5 & 6, as it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the names of two petitioners have been deleted. 3.

So far as other accused persons are concerned, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that charge sheet has been filed and the mandatory provisions of section 41-A of Cr.P.C. has been complied with.

In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as infructuous.
