This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that no first information report has yet been registered against the petitioners.
Since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners, I am not inclined to entertain the application under section of Cr.P.C.
The petitioners are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy after the registration of the F.I.R.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
