Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Padhy, learned ASC for the State.

Instant petition is filed for correction of the Court's order dated 24th September, 2022 in CRLMC No.854 of 2022 and simultaneously, to extend the time for the petitioner to surrender. 4.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court's order dated 24th September, 2022 in CRLMC No.854 of 2022 is directed to be read as with reference to S.T. Case No.5/2011 of 2021 arising out of G.R. Case No.1687 of 2020 wrongly typed as C.T. Case No.12 of 2021 in paragraph-7 of the same. Furthermore, the name of the Court since wrongly typed, the same is also to be read as in respect of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge,

Puri. As extension is sought for, the petitioner is allowed time till 7th March, 2025 to surrender before the Court concerned. 5.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of with the modification and extension being allowed. The rest part of the order dated 24th September, 2022 in CRLMC No.854 of 2022 remains unaltered. 6.
