The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 7th August, 2019 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Angul in I.A. Case No. 08 of 2019 (arising out of C.P. Case No.39 of 2019.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mahapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo in Court today prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. The same be kept on record. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The interim order dated 28th March, 2022 passed in I.A. No.3996 of 2020 stands vacated.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
