This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhadrak for early disposal of C.S.No.522 of 2019.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhadrak, provided pleading involving the suit is complete and issues are framed further there is no impediment by way of any Miscellaneous Application, to see the disposal of C.S.No.522 of 2019 at least within a period of nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
