This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 14.09.2022. The present CRLMC is pending since the year 2015 and in the meantime seven years have already passed. The petitioner has challenged the order taking cognizance passed on 05.04.2010 in 2(c) CC No. 55 of 2010 by learned J.M.F.C., Barbil, which is around twelve years back.

In view of such development, it pre-supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
