The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Rajkanika to dispose of remand R.P. No.455 of 2007 within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Certified copy of Annexure-3 be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
