1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 28.3.2022 passed in FAO No.330 of 2020.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant as well as learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4.

3. After hearing both the parties, the I.A. is allowed. The expressions "Commissioner for Employee's Compensation-cumDivisional Labour Commissioner, Cuttack" mentioned in the order dated 28.3.2022 be corrected as "Commissioner for Employee's Compensation-Divisional Labour Commissioner, Dhenkanal". The rest part of the said order remains unaltered. Certified copy be corrected accordingly.

4. I.A. is disposed of.
