Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application.

Accordingly, the Bail application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Since the accused is stated to be in custody 20.04.2020, the learned Court below in seisin of the matter would do well to conclude the trial within a period of three months hence, from the date of production of this order.

The Registry is called upon to communicate the copy this order to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rairakhol.
