Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohana P.S. Case No.161 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.91 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gajapati Paralakhemundi for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/25 and 29 of NDPS Act. 4.
Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity being 89 kgs 400 grams of ganja, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
