Mr. P.K. Patnaik, learned Additional Standing Counsel contended that the lease period of five years is going to expire shortly and as such none has also been allowed to operate the quarry. 3.

In view of the above, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the opposite parties to go for fresh auction.
