Heard Mr. J. Patnaik, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Ms. Soma Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. G.P. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for opposite party-Utkal University.

It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this writ petition is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 9247 of 2020, which is allowed vide judgment passed today (20.12.2022).

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the judgment passed today (20.12.2022) in W.P.(C) No. 9247 of 2020, this Writ Petition stands allowed in terms of the observation/directions issued in the said judgment.
