1. Heard Mr.S.R. Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

2. The grievance of the Petitioner is limited to the extent for issuance of a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri for disposal of the proceeding in Cr. P. No.120/2016, filed by her, within a limited period.

3. Considering such limited nature of prayer, the CRLMC is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri to dispose of Criminal Proceeding No.120/2016 by end of September, 2022.

4. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
