This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ Order No.

physical) mode.

During course of hearing, it is come to notice that although earlier this Petitioner had moved a petition before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Pattapur P.S. Case No.22 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.58 of 2014 pending on the file of learned Nyayadhikari Grama Nyayalaya, Sanakhemundi, which had been disposed of, the same has not been reflected in the Application.

In view of that as also taking into account the nature of accusations against the Petitioner for alleged commission of offence under Section-302 of the IPC; I am not inclined to entertain this Application under section-438 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioner in the event of her arrest in the aforementioned case. 4.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
