1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioners are in custody since 13th January, 2022. It is alleged that the Petitioners in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.11/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.11/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sonepur for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 394/34 of I.P.C.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioners snatched away a bag containing Rs.1 lakh held by the informant after he had withdrawn the same from the Bank. However, because of the intervention of the local persons, the Petitioners could not flee from the spot after committing the occurrence.
5. Considering the nature of the allegation and the fact that the stolen cash was recovered in full and also taking into consideration the period of detention of the Petitioners in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.
6. Let the Petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that they shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.
7. The BLAPL is disposed of.
8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
