The Petitioner having been implicated in Puri Town P.S. Case No.50 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.91 of 2022 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section147/148/323/324/325/307/149 of the IPC, pending on the file of learned Nyayadhikari Grama Nyayalaya, Puri has filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the above mentioned case. 3.
Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials on record; further keeping in view the nature of accusations as well as the nature of injuries sustained by Arjun as those emanate from the materials on record and taking into account the surrounding circumstances including the non-grant
// 2 // of anticipatory bail to co-accused persons similarly situated with the Petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is observed that in the event, the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case within a period of three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced by this order and disposed of early in accordance with law.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
