For the undisputed situation that the Courts were unable to function for some time due to the pandemic situation for COVID-19 reason and thereafter for the Bar Association went on resolution insisting for not taking major hearing for sometime taking place of Gram Panchayat Election and sometime the N.A.C. or Municipality Election.

In the circumstance, this Court though not inclined to target the suit of the year 2021 at this movement, however, permits the Petitioner to re-approach the Court after six months for this purpose. 2.

It is also made clear that non-entertaining the C.M.P. shall not stand on the way of the Court below for proceeding in hearing of the suit, if it is otherwise ready.

The C.M.P. stands disposed of.
