Heard Mr. Mallick, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.
On oral prayer of Mr. Mallick is permitted to implead the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Odisha State Road Transport Corporation as opposite party No.7 in this writ petition in Court today.

According to Mr. Mallick, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the authorities, more particularly the Chairmancum-Managing Director of Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (opposite party No.7) in honouring the award dated 23.03.2021 passed in his favour in Misc. Case No.03 of 2016 by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Sambalpur under Annexure-6.

During course of hearing, Mr. Mallick submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Chairmancum-Managing Director of Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (opposite party No.7) for redressal of his grievances
// 2 // by filing a grievance petition and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a grievance petition before the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (opposite party No.7) through speed post within a period of one week from today. In the event, such a petition is filed along with a certified copy of this order, the opposite party No.7 is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such grievance petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
