This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Parties more particularly to the Opposite Party No.2 i.e. Chief District Medical Officer, Khurda to release the legitimate arrear dues of the petitioner from the period i.e. July, 2019 to December, 2019.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the petitioner has filed a detailed representation ventilating her grievance on 04.02.2022 under Annexure-5 before the Chief District Medical officer, Khordha-Opposite Party No.2 and the same has not been considered by the said Opposite Party No.2 as of now. 5.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection,

// 2 // if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the grievance petition of the petitioner within a stipulated period of time. 6.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Chief District Medical Officer, Khordha-Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 04.02.2022 under Annexure-5 in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Further the Opposite Party No.2 is directed that in the event the petitioner is found to be entitled to get the arrear salary as claimed be released and disbursed in favour of the petitioner. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered by passing a speaking and a reasoned order on the same. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 8.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
