Looking to the background of the case and from the report of the Police Authorities submitted in Court today, this Court finds, there is some private dispute relating to the house concerned pending between the parties involved. There has been several litigations also in the meantime including one suit at the instance of the Petitioner. In the circumstance this Court observes, in the event there is infringement of right of a Senior Citizen, sufficient provision is there in the Orissa Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009. It is, at this stage of the matter, considering the request made by Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available for this purpose under above law.

This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn but with liberty as prayed for.
