This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 16.05.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petition; the order dated 16.05.202 stands modified to the extent that in the 7th line of 3rd paragraph, the name of the court "S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar" be substituted by "S.D.J.M., Sambalpur". The same be corrected accordingly. 5.

In view of the above correction, the time period for surrender of the petitioner before the court in seisin of the case is extended by three weeks with effect from today.

6. The I.A. is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
