This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Badasahi P.S. Case No.45 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.166 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Betnoti for alleged commission of offences under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, the offences are triable by Magistrate and the fact that the petitioner has been granted interim protection since 25.03.2021 and there is no material that he has misutilized his liberty, the interim order dated 25.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
