Mr. Pattnaik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, pursuant to direction in order dated 11th May, 2022, his client did not take any steps, including give him instructions. 2.

Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and hands up print of mail dated 2nd September, 2022, contents of which are reproduced below.

"I have take 1 commercial vehicle loan from your bank vide contract no.OSR0108ID bearing vehicle no.OD16C6757. Due to 3 emi was due the vehicle was repossessed and subsequently I have filed one case to release the vehicle but still no result came out. My health is not permitting any more for any harassment so I am agreed to withdrawal that case

// 2 // and I have no objection if bank sale the vehicle in a suitable market price.

As this vehicle already parked at stockyard I request you to immediately sale the vehicle. I will not raise any issue/litigation regarding on this vehicle in future and indusind bank shall not harass me for any outstanding amount."

In view of aforesaid no orders can be made in the writ petition. It is disposed of.
