02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. D.P. Nanda, learned Sr. Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.S. Rayaguru, learned CGC appearing for the Union of India.
3. The present writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition, issue rule nisi to calling upon the opp. Parties, more particularly the Opp. Party No-2 to show cause as to why the grievances of the petitioner should not be allowed by notifying/publishing the result of Post Code No-T08, pursuant to Advertisement No.-01/2019. If the opp. parties failed to show cause or, show insufficient cause said Rule be made absolute, the OP No-2 may be directed to notify/publish the result of Post Code No-T08, pursuant to Advertisement No.- 01/2019 within a particular period.
And may pass any other order/s direction/s as deem fit and proper.
And for act of which kindness, the Petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray."
4. Today when the matter was taken up, Mr. Rayaguru, learned CGC submitted that during the pendency of the matter the meeting
// 2 // of the Selection Committee was held on 17.08.2022 and the recommendation of the Committee has been communicated to CSIR Headquarter. It is also submitted that the result is expected to be published within two (2) weeks from today.
5. In view of the same, this Court while disposing the writ Petition, directs the O.P. No. 2 to publish the result in question as undertaken within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
