Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties no.2 and 3 to absorb them against the regular vacancy of Fakir Mohan University, Balasore, as has been done in the case of others because they have been working for more than 10 years for the University. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-8, and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same, taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in the case of Rashmi Rekha Dash v. State of Odisha, 2021 SCC OnLine Ori 1984, within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties have no objection. 5.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-8, taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in the case of Rashmi Rekha Dash v. State of Odisha, 2021 SCC OnLine Ori 1984, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioners.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
