The present intra Court appeal is directed against the order dated 11th March, 2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 22539 of 2018, whereby the Petitioners were relegated to seek their remedy before appropriate form (Industrial Tribunal) in respect of their claim for permanent absorption under Central Electricity Supply Utility, Odisha (CESU). 3.
