Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the notice of eviction dated 11th September, 2012 (Annexure-1) issued by Deputy Inspector General of Police-cum-Estate Officer, Group Centre, CRPF, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3. 3.
This Court, while issuing notice in the matter on 9th October, 2012, has directed for maintenance of status quo as on that date in respect of government Qrs. No.140 Type-A Special, Group Centre, CRPF, Bhubaneswar.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed W.P.(C) No.20847 of 2012, which has been disposed of on 26th August, 2013 with a direction that the Petitioner shall not be evicted from the government quarters in question till disposal of the matrimonial dispute pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

In that view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

Interim order dated 9th September, 2012 passed in Misc. Case No.16655 of 2012 stands vacated.
