CORAM:

JUSTICE S.K. SAHOO Order No.

ORDER

20.05.2022 01.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Jarada P.S. Case No. 25 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.35 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Patrapur for the

// 2 // commission of alleged offences punishable alleged offences under sections 341/294/323/324/326/307/ 354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

Learned counsel for the State has brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioners nos.1 to 4 had earlier approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in ABLAPL No. 1213 of 2022 and the petitioner no.5 approached this Court in ABLAPL No.12111 of 2022 and this Court vide order dated 08.02.2022 while rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail in both the applications, observed that if the petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned Court below, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously.

The petitioners without availing the said direction, have again approached this Court in this ABLAPL for the self-same relief. In view of the aforesaid submission, since there is no change in the circumstances, this ABLAPL stands dismissed.
