This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Rasol P.S. Case No.39 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Hindol for alleged commission of offences under sections 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main allegation is against co-accused Rohan Rudraprakash and the petitioner is the father of the said co-accused and the case arises out of a complaint petition, which was forwarded under section

// 2 // 156(3) Cr.P.C. by the learned S.D.J.M., Hindol to the Inspector in-charge of Rasol police station and accordingly, the case has been registered and the fact that the offences are triable by Magistrate and on hearing the learned counsel for the State and taking into account the nature of accusation against the petitioner, the interim order dated 25.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
