The Petitioner in this writ petition assails the order dated 21st September, 2021 passed by the Sub-Collector, Jharsuguda in O.L.R. Case No.187 of 2021 filed under Section 22 of the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mallick, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition submitting that the Petitioner has remedy under Section 58 of the O.L.R. Act to assail the impugned order.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
