comply with the condition imposed by the Appellate Tribunal for entertaining the appeal. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for in the present petition. The Appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from today. The interim order dated 8th February, 2013 passed in M.C. Case No.21775 of 2012 is hereby vacated.

2. The name of Ms. Pami Rath, Advocate be deleted from the cause list.

3. The writ petition is disposed of.
