This Writ Petition appears to have been filed on mere Order No.

apprehension of eviction in the year 2006. This Writ Petition was entertained in the year 2006 and the Petitioner is in enjoyment of the interim protection granted by this Court on 13.12.2006. Since this Writ Petition is filed on mere apprehension of eviction, this Court observes, there should not be any eviction of the unauthorized encroachers without following due process of law. 2.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation only.
