The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of R.P. Case No.585 of 2021 stated to be pending before the Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.1. 3.

In course of hearing, it is pointed out that the Opposite Parties have not been properly described in the cause title of the writ petition.

In that view of the matter, Ms. Mallick, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one by describing the Opposite Parties properly.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
