Heard learned counsel papering for the parties. Order No.

Since the matter involves removal of unauthorized encroachment creating obstruction in the way, in such event the representation is required to be submitted before the Tahasildar concerned. This Court since finds there is no representation as yet made to the Tahasildar concerned, in disposal of the writ petition, permits the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the Tahasildar concerned at least within a period of ten days hence, in such event the Tahasildar concerned shall do well in taking decision taking into account the provision under O.P.L.E. Act, 1972 also involving the persons likely to be affected by completing the entire exercise within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation along with certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
