1. The Court is informed by learned counsel appearing for Order No.

Opposite Party No.3 that a case has been instituted under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) against it before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench, Koltaka. This Court has been shown a copy of the order dated 5th May, 2022 passed by the NCLT, Kolkata Bench appointing an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) by admitting the application filed under Section 9 of the IBC, which is taken on record.

2. In that view of the matter, the present proceedings cannot continue. It will be open to the Petitioner to approach the NCLT for appropriate relief. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
