Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Notice has been issued to Opposite Party No.3, the vendor main contestant involved herein. For the office report, the sole contesting Opposite Party died in the year 2007 and there is no steps for substitution as of now. This Court is not inclined to give further chance. Keeping in view there is already loss of fifteen years in the meantime, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for Petitioner not showing interest at appropriate time.
