1. The Petitioner is a bona fide 3rd party purchaser from the erstwhile leaseholder, whose lease has been cancelled by the impugned order dated 21st September, 1987 of the Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Bhubaneswar in Revision Case No.741 of 1987.

2. On the short ground that no notice was issued to the present Petitioner prior to passing the impugned order, it is set aside. The Revision Case No.741 of 1987 will now be listed before the ADM, Bhubaneswar on 18th April, 2022, on which date the Petitioner will appear along with a downloaded copy of this order. The ADM is requested to proceed in the matter afresh uninfluenced by the earlier order and after hearing the parties, dispose of the aforementioned revision case within a period of six months thereafter. The status quo as of today will be maintained till disposal of the revision case.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
