submits, his client was petitioner, in the writ petition dealt with by judgment dated 1st November, 2022. He submits, prayer in the application is for permitting petitioner to proceed for further hearing on I.A. no.8744 of 2022 made in the writ petition. It was for amendment. The application was not moved but the writ petition dealt with.

By judgment dated 1st November, 2022, the writ petition stood dismissed. Pursuant thereto no application can survive for being adjudicated upon. The application, by implication also stood dismissed.
