Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Perused the recitals in the I.A. and taking into account the same, Paragraph-6 of the order is substituted by the following; "Considering the nature of allegations and the role ascribed to the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter shall fix the terms." 4.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.
