On the oral prayer of Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner, he is permitted to correct the description of Opposite Party No.2 in the cause title of the writ petition in Court itself. 3.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 11th April, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of. 4.

In view of such correction in the cause title of the writ petition, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in Paragraphs-2 and 4 of the order dated 11th April, 2022, it has been inadvertently mentioned as "Sub-Collector, Gunupur" instead of "Sub-Collector, Nabarangpur". He, therefore, prays for correction of the said inadvertent mistakes.

On perusal of the order dated 11th April, 2022, the submission of Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner is found to be correct. Accordingly, Sub-Collector, Gunupur in Paragraphs-2 and 4 of the order dated 11th April, 2022 be

// 2 // corrected as Sub-Collector, Nabarangpur. Rest part of the order dated 11th April, 2022 shall remain unaltered. 6.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
