This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that while passing the order, this Court directed to release all the petitioners. Learned court below allowed all the petitioners except petitioner no.4 as name of the petitioner no.4-Anirudha Majhi @ Ani Majhi, aged about 46 years, S/o.-Late Banambar Majhi has been hand written. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 4.

Considering the submissions made, it is directed that leaned court shall accept the order of this Court passed in ABLAPL No.3476 of 2022 vide order dated 27.07.2022. Accordingly, petitioner no.4 is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner no.4-Anirudha Majhi @ Ani Majhi to surrender before the

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
