Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Thelkoli P.S. Case No.148 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.3350 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 420/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Perused the F.I.R.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that two of the similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Naresh Nath and Uttam Padhi have been released on anticipatory bail by this Court
// 2 // in ABLAPL No.4395 of 2021 and ABLAPL No.2608 of 2021 respectively and the offences are triable by Magistrate and taking into account the nature of accusation against the petitioner and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, the interim order dated 25.03.2021 is made absolute.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
