2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

There is no appearance from the side of the petitioner even though the matter was passed over twice. Surrender certificate has not been filed as yet. The bail application therefore stands rejected. 4.

Learned Court below shall ascertain whether the petitioner has surrendered to custody after expiry of the period of interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 19.04.2022. If the petitioner has not surrendered then NBW shall be issued forthwith to take him into custody.
