1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is present.

2. By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks to quash the order of cognizance dated 16th February, 2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M, Khurda in G.R.Case No.1770 of 2014.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the accused is ready to surrender before the learned Court below.

4. In the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below by 15th October,2022, and move for bail, the learned Court below while entertaining the prayer for bail shall do well to dispose of the same on its own merit.

5. The Petitioner shall take the entire plea taken in this application before the learned court below in appropriate stage.

6. The CRLMC accordingly stands disposed of.
