This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The limited nature of grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner challenging the suspension issued vide order No.01 dated 02.02.2022 by the Administrator, Office of the T.M. Haritha Service Co-operative Society Ltd.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the petitioner has filed a detailed grievance petition ventilating his grievance on 04.02.2022 under Annexure-6, which is stated to be pending before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Odisha, Heads of the Directorate Building, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 as of now.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection,

// 2 // if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the grievance petition of the petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Odisha, Heads of the Directorate Building, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 to consider the grievance petition of the petitioner dated 04.02.2022 under Annexure-6 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Further the Opposite Party No.2 is directed to consider strictly the grievance petition of the Petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
