Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Derabish P.S. Case No.63 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.614 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara for alleged commission of offences under sections 363/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the F.I.R.

After going through the statement of the kidnapped boy placed by the learned counsel for the State and the relationship between the petitioner and the boy and the fact that the offences are triable by Magistrate and the only non-bailable offence is under section 506 of the

// 2 // Indian Penal Code, the interim order dated 25.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
